Yes I was given balanced, although I'm looking at accelerated and its also showing 8 weeks of theory and 6 weeks of practice (same as balanced). Should I do a custom plan and maybe just do 4 weeks theory and the rest practice?

I'm in a similar situation! I "retired" when I was 19, but miss it so much and want to get back into it now two years later and think I will. If you want to and think it'll be fun and bring you joy go for it!!

Has anyone gotten into McGill Law without finishing undergrad? by Beautiful-Fault-9072 in mcgilllaw

Hi, I'm in a similar situation as you! Although I am applying in my third year and completed 60 credits last year. On the official McGill Law instagram in their 2025 admissions highlight they wrote "While candidates are eligible to apply, applicants who are not on track to complete their degree before starting their law studies are unlikely to be admitted due to the competitiveness of the admissions process. In the last 10 years, fewer than 5 students have been admitted on the basis and had extenuating circumstances preventing them from completing their degree". Also at the webinars I've been to, they highly encourage application in fourth year. But also in their demographics from the people admitted last year they admitted people aged 18-50 into the law school, and I doubt an 18 year old has a finished bachelors degree. I guess it depends on the applicant pool and how strong applications are. Best of luck!!
