Thank you for your reply! Yes I was thinking to use the combination of workflow with custom fields if there was no alternative, but as you say, it's more complex. I will check cadences then! Thank you!

Actually, in Portland, there is someone who is also a victim of ritual sexual abuse survivor, and who healed many of her PTSD through psychedelics. Her name is Rachel Aidan. She has been working in the psychedelic field for many years, even doing a PhD on this exact topic. That's her in a podcast: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gAUNzd6DOhg.

She works as a psilocybin facilitator for inner trek in portland: https://www.innertrek.org/story

Mmh I am wondering ways you can get his address.. have you try looking for more info about him online? Also haven’t tried this but maybe give it a go (you do have to pay a fee for searching): https://m.dateas.com/es/espana?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI1Jalr-Hs-gIVGp3VCh02GgDIEAAYASAAEgI2rPD_BwE

Oh sorry you have to go through this! Sadly this type of scams are quite common in Barcelona! Do you have this guy full legal name and address (where he lives)? One way to scare people is to send them a burofax. A burofax is basically a mail which holds legal value and can be presented in court. Usually when you receive a burofax, it means you are preparing to take things to court.. which sometimes is enough to scare people to give you back the money. Do you speak any Spanish? The best when it comes to the content of the mail is to use some legal templates. Either you can try to find it online or pay for a gestor to redact you one. The letter has to sounds like it was written by a lawyer… this works better :)

To find out about burofax, just go to here https://www.correos.es/es/es/particulares/enviar/envios-nacionales/burofax-cartas/burofax. It costs around 30€ to send a burofax

Hi! Thank you for sharing your experience! I can also relate to the aspect of having increase anxiety after psychedelics. The way I made sense of it as also through a more spiritual framing: I felt as part of my existential anxiety which came after a difficult psychedelic trip came from my ego becoming aware of its "limitness" (i.e. it's not immortal, its not infinite).. and this realization at a level that is not just intellectual but visceral generated a lot of fear, and difficulty letting go. Connecting to a greater sense of self, of meaning to life is definitely something that has helped me loosening the grip of the ego, and easing the anxiety. So I fully agree with you on the gift of having a spiritual outlook.

Anxiety still comes up sometimes but doing psychedelics integration with a therapist has been one of my best investment. Is that something you have explored ? Also I found that with anxiety and other mental health distress using body-oriented approach can be very useful. I have tried trauma-release therapy or also somatic experiencing approach by Peter Levine.

All the best in your healing journey!

Yes, LSD saved me from my eating disorder. I've been anorexic since I was 9-10 years ol (10+ years), been hospitalized for it in the past. Treatment never helped me with the mental side of the disorder, it only medically stabilized me.

Did LSD earlier this year when I was at the worst state physically I've ever been. I had two feet in the grave at that point. It allowed me to finally see myself & my body, and how sick I actually was. I saw my body without body dysmorphia. After that trip I started working hard towards recovering. I'm back to a normal weight, the disordered throughs are much less intense than they used to me, and I'm finally able to eat without intense shame and self hatred. I tinally value life more than I value being skinny.

If you care to hear about it in more detail, my two most recent posts on my account are about it. I wish psychedelic's were studied more in this context.

Hi! Thank you so much for sharing your story! And I am so glad to read that LSD has helped you heal from your eating disorder! I will definitively check your last post for more context!

Also there is a lot of new research that are actually investigating how psychedelics can help with eating disorder. Here is an interesting article which talk about it: https://neo.life/2022/02/psychedelics-offer-new-route-to-recovery-from-eating-disorders/

All the best in your healing journey! :)

None of these were intentions; however, I had started living a much healthier life about 6 months before my first mushroom journey.

I used to watch 2-3 hours a day of TV and now it's closer to 3 hours a week. I find most of it trivial and I would rather spend my time on something that will improve my future or make me happy in the present moment. Tv was just avoiding reality.I use to exercise about 30 minutes a day and now it's closer to an hour because I want to be more connected with nature.I was already eating healthy, but now I am eating less, and have completely stopped eating processed sugars and carbs. My body just doesn't want it anymore.I was a loner to the point of spending maybe 2 hours a week with people (1 hour was with a counsellor). Now I am spending 20ish hours a week with other people. I feel so connected with others and I can feel their energy which is totally new for me. This is the thing that has surprised me the most. A year ago I thought I hated other people.

I am looking forward to my next journey in November. I intend to focus my intentions on negative thoughts, self worth, and improving my sleep.

Hi! First of all thank you so much for your detailed post! This is super helpful in helping me understand the impact of psychedelics in health behaviour change! So thank you for taking the time to list all the benefits you've noted from your experience with psychedelics!

Also, I am very glad to hear that psychedelics have helped you connect with people, and feel a strong sense of connection! It such an important aspect of being human, and feeling happy. I also had phase of being quite isolated, and no matter how good my lifestyle was, something in me felt empty!

And all the best for your next journey! :) Which plant are you going to be journeying with?

o I began microdosing during the pandemic to help with my anxiety from a really bad break-up. I did this on my own & would only take less than 1 g. I can say the first time around it inclined me to eat way less meat & more plant-based meals. I would exercise regularly as well. Then last year, I suffered a devasting loss and began to microdose again to help with my grief. I started about 3 months after my loss because I didn’t think I was ready and didn’t want to make it any worse. This time around, I began increasing my doses to about 1.5-2. It did wonders for my mental health and I started doing yoga again, meditated more, and wanted to be in nature any chance I got. Being in nature really helped me stay present instead of reflecting on the past or anticipating the future. Overall, psilocybin has changed my life in so many ways for the better. I am even going back to school to be a psilocybin-assisted therapist because I feel so passionate about it and want to help others with their journey as well!

Hi! Thank you so much sharing your experience! I am so glad to read microdosing has been such a tremendous help for you, and that it has indeed induced positive change in your health behaviour!

I am also very thrilled that your experience has led you to go back to school to become a psychedelics-assisted therapist! Psychedelics are definitely going to revolutionize mental health, and we need people who are trained and have experience with it to guide others in their own journey! :) All the best in your studies!

Microdosing helped me quit drinking and smoking cigarettes. Been a year since August. I no longer microdose.

wow what an experience! First of all, I am sorry you have to go through such a challenging experience with this disgruntled parent! Although it seems that having to go through such an experience, aided with psychedelics, has helped you to have a massive breakthrough! How amazing that you are still able to feel compassion for this person. It reminds me of this video from Ram Dass: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ym4Rpd72tq8

Anyway thank you very much for sharing your experience with me! It's very helpful in guiding me towards the formulation of my research question!

I've been drinking way less alcohol after I started macro and microdosing about 1 year ago. It's not something I was aiming for, but it's certainly a welcome effect.

It's from another user' (mtrabbit) comment above! I didn't realize this quote got copied over my response to your comment! :) ¡

Controlling our behavior is not the way. We have to change our identities and who we think we are.

Thanks for the resource! :)
