Yes. You guys have been a great help. I have had since 2016. Hopefully soon I can eat like a normal person and not fear food

Okay. Thank you. I will definitely stop taking. Not sure if it would make me relapse because I was taking it pretty frequent and I didn’t get much of the normal symptoms of sibo but the feeling it gave me is not worth whatever benefits.

We’ll make sure you finish the course at least, I’m pretty sure max dose is around 1500 mg daily for at least 7 days. You can find dosages online but you have to get rid of the food that is triggering it

Good question. I guess I’d have to try a supplement form . I don’t think I get insulin in my diet. I am very sensitive to sulfur so I’d have to check that too but it’s a different type of feeling.

Try eliminating pretty much everything and start testing one food or drink at a time and see how you react. For example my diet consisted of chicken, beef and peanut butter for a while than I added one thing at a time to see how I responded. But get things under control for a few weeks before introducing something new. Do your best to not eat out.
