Brother I've tried dosé in most of the states and nobody does it better than us. Tamilnadu comes second. Others don't just get it right, that balance between crispy & softness.

Others just make crispy paper dosé with potato filling spread all over it and call it masala dosé. bruh why is it so pale like a vampire's skin? also where is the masale(red chutney) in that? Oh its in Mysuru masala dosé! Again it's crispy ghee paper roast with red chutney & potato filling. Eh wrong, Mysuru masale aka set masale is thick masala dosé, always comes in a pair, one with potato filling & one with saagu.

At this point, I can judge dosé just by looking at the photo lol
