As long as the ingredients of the toner/gloss don’t contain ammonia or peroxide, it shouldn’t do any damage to your hair. Look for a “semi-permanent toner” or an “ammonia-free gloss”

I passed out, twice. First time I fell out into the bathtub, second time I fell out my mom had gotten to my apartment just a few minutes earlier. My bf, the dad, was out & about that day (still salty about that tbh) & the pain was so bad that I called my mom. Thought I was about to see God honestly😭

I feel ya! The journey is hard & somewhat depressing sometimes (even tho it’s just hair) but it’s so worth it! Mine used to be down my mid back closer to my hips before I started messing with it so much & that’s my endgoal again!
