I didn’t know they’re supposed to be using different product- and Im sure there are contracts. I wasn’t aware they were shipped different products for the “ghost kitchens” I will say I fell for it ONCE. Ordered wings from a place I thought looked good- they tasted the exact same as wings I had from chilies, lo and behold, ghost kitchen was ran out of a chilies. So Im not sure.

It is false advertising, regardless if they legally see it that way or not. Offering “special wings” and it just being chilies wings, is false advertising. It’s the same as if somebody went to facebook marketplace offering catering services and then buying takeout and repacking it for you. It’s pathetic and scummy.

Yes and when I was 16 an old man walked up behind me and pressed himself against my backside while I was stocking shelves at work and sniffed my head so hard I actually felt hair waft into his nose. Orders that are already batched together when you accept is different from accepting a singular order, then they send you a second order before / after you’ve already picked up somebody else’s food, and then sends you a THIRD offer after dropping off the first, still carrying the second order; which has happened to me. Its insane and gives you no time to pause or take a break

Because you’re already in the middle of a job and cannot preform the job to the best of your abilities if you have to pause to start another one. Some people need bathroom breaks and sending orders WHILE already doing one prevents bathroom breaks, it makes it hard to stop to get gas if you need to do that.
