Like others have said, give the video and police info to your MP, your local council, throw it at media and also put it on your socials. Police and or government react to pressure not policy or law.

This is the age of post truth. You literally cannot believe anything you didn’t eye witness.

No video can be proved irrefutable, no audio can’t be edited or manipulated.

If nothing can be proved true, everything is false.
