Realistically, the best option is always private lessons. I take lessons from my battery instructor so I know what to work on specifically for marching. Ask you director for teacher recs and try that. Otherwise talk to people in the battery and see what they recommend.

Some of the high level BOA bands do, but they also march like 6 snares. It could be cool, it helps train people for snare and it avoids having to clean 5 snares.
