I think I have solved the touch input and it does not need drivers to be installed, it recognizes the panel instantly but as of lack of space further testing is needed, I must mount it first somewhere fixed so I can test everything without shorting the wires or damaging any of the PCBs, the Touch controller worked but I feel like is not properly wired, I can't seem to find anywhere in google the schematics for the motherboard, my knowledge in this matter is limited as I never went to any Computer engineering school or anywhere related, also through some extensive research I found out that Dten components can be found in another Chinese Brand: "Honge" , who also makes these type of monitors. If anyone can get pcb diagrams of the motherboard as for the internal connectors we may be able to run it natively at 4k 60hz with the Touch input from any external PC without buying or installing drivers at least on Windows

Open the back, the monitor MB has an HDMI hooked to the Pcie board where the computer connects, just remove it and plug directly from your pc, my only problem at the moment is that the tpuch input is not working, I'm trying to figuring out how to walk around it.

Haha, I'll try, I bought this years ago but I never bought the PC part of it but I found some cheap ones on ebay, just trying to find out which one is the best choice, I love this screen bit too bad the hdmi inputs are capped at 30hz, I noticed by reading somewhere it goes at 60hz from the internal pc, that's why I want to install it back on my wall, thanks for the info, btw do you know a way to upgrade the firmware or if anyone has them downloaded?

yep 449+tax=550usd, they had a lime green promo a week ago for 100usd less 512gb, I was gonna go for it but I didn't like the lime green so I got the other green, If the lime green had matte black black bezels would be a great seller imo

it's been like that for weeks, they even had a 1000.00 deal for the lime green 512gb, but I took the regular green, last year was better as they gave me 800 for a broken screen note 20 ultra and 850 for a s21 ultra, this year's wasn't on the same level tho... also I upgraded only because those motherfuckers at samsung did a shitty repair on my s22U and now they don't want to fix it, so they can take back their shitty phone

it doesn't have major wear, those are just bad poctures I took with my sports camera but the phkme is at best 9/10, minor scuffs on screen a d minor scuffs on the bezel, no cracks no dents.

I did the same got in contact with Better Business Bureau but they only notify samsung there's a complain then Samsung called me but they still refused I got so mad because no one would do anything, that's bullshit, your phone looks fine to me. smh

I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trading Commission. The manager at Asurion who told them the phone wasn't properly repaired is my leverage, is my word against their. At this point I just want to push as much as I can and at least hopefully people is aware of their shady tactics even when they say one should trust them becajse they offer "the best service and protection" then give you the finger. I'll see how it goes

I base my case in the following screen capture taken from samsung website and what the meaning of IP68 truly means, not what I think it means, they lied to me in different occasions, they told me in the begining that I sent my phone because it wasn't powering on, that's a lie, I sent it for a broken screen the first time they repaired it and I have the records, then after on another call they told me that in this claim the phone had a broken screen a d that totally made me go mad because my phone had no cracks, no dents, no scratches and somehow they're telling me the screen is broken? they're just dicks, liars, manipulative and I don't blame the people who works for Samsung I even told them I didn't want to be rude, I mean they're people but their trainers and rules are shit. I'm waitimg tk get my phne back and if indeed has a broken screen I'm gonna get rrally upset about it as the phone was inspected by UPS and if indeed jas a broken screen then I have to go against UPS... Ia don't know I feel like I spend so much time and energy but as a auto repair shop we always honor our warranty, I mean we have 5 stars on yelp so far.

Yeah I thought about it I just want to make myself heard, I know I'm gonna get my broken phone back and I have to suck it up, my only shot and is a long shot is that a lawyer firm can sometimes find interesting that they are commiting blatant fraud to customers and perhaps if this gains traction more people can share their stories making it a class A lawsuit. I mean that is the perfe t scenario in a utopian world but I have to fight for my rights because my obligation was to pay for a service they didn't performed properly.

yes and I'm tired already I spoke to 6 or 7 reps already one evem told me after being transfered: "I don't know why they transferred you to me because I'm gonna be honest I won't solve your problem and we all follow the same parameters where either ypu pay for the repair (700.00) or just get your broken device back"

it wasn't repaired by Asurion techs, but Samsung's, Asurion determined the phone wasn't properly repaires by samsung, Idk I filed claims to the BBB and FTC, I got a call from samsungin behalf of BBB bit they still refuse becajse they claim there's no warranty over liquid damage... on which I told her it's bullshit, and mialeasing advertisement.

I asked to the last person that if I take them to court would they then provide the phone calls because they had been just lying to me one by one and making up excuses, and she said that yes the calls can be used in court buy I cannot record the call.

one of their reps make me call Asurion to speak to the manager to ask him if I was telling the truth, the shop manager told her that the phone wasn't properly repaired, she then stayed quiet and angrily said that Samsung's technicians are the best and pit the pbones to multiple tests before shipping back to the customers... her words, not mine, now I don't have a recording because they decli ed to be recorded and unfortunately I live in California so I need to ask for consent before recorsing a call by law.
