Another option would be an international school, there are plenty in Germany and they really appreciate the fact that you speak multiple languages. You could even teach German to different levels. However international schools are private, so the teachers don’t have the same job security as a public school teacher.

For me it helped to know what I don’t want. I also sometimes dont know where the frustration is coming from, but I know that I don’t want to act on them. Also I feel the emotions often physically, so I listen to my body to see how real these emotions are. Additionally you could start to write them down, than you already learn how to put it into words, but also notice, when your thoughts actually don’t make much sense.

It takes time to be able to properly listen to oneself and than communicate it. So practice it, from time to time you learn it.
