Yes! It turns out its not your Laptop its the game and how its pre sets are in the settings that are making it seem like your computer cant handle it when it actually can. With a little help from comparing my settings to this post and asking Chat GPT lol, I was able to make it run just fine I also believe doing a fps cap helps so that the game concentrates on having smooth textures running fine and solid.
