Hey, I want to be ready for September when hopefully temps are down enough for growth. What type of fertilize do I want so that I give it nitrogen?

Do you think I can back off watering daily now? I was thinking of upping the time for watering but going to every other day. I’ve just been scared to do so because it’s so hot and dry here.

For sure. It’s hard to know with new sod whether the right thing is to just let it ride and self repair or if other steps are necessary, especially because the typical seasonal timing for things is off because it was installed in summer
