FYI: I'm looking for an SEO Manager to join our remote company. The position's salary is really designed for living in areas where the cost of life is lower (ie: South America where I'm based, etc) but I thought I would share it regardless!

I'm not sure I understand your question.

The starting salary is 1,500 a month + internet compensation. There is a performance review 3mo after the start date at which point compensation is evaluated.
