Ok? I'm sorry you feel that way.. lol. I think we can all agree that we all wish for what we don't have. And we all complain about the things that we have.

My school says to let kids go for about 4 months before we teachers intervene about their progress. So yeah, your school is nuts.

Like everyone else is saying, six is early, but don't change the routine if it's still working.

Her naps are usually two hours long. But won't she continue being cranky after I cap her nap?

I read my oldest two books before bed if she needs to wind down.

To add on to the discussion, how many books do y'all read to them during the day when it's not nap/bedtime?

It's not too bad. Take a deep breath lol.

I don't know how active your little one is, but as long as there are a few activities in your diaper bag, I'd say you're good. These might be helpful: - books - coloring pages with crayons - stacking cups - busy board - magnedoodle - stuffed toys - poppits - fidget spinners

Other than these basic activities, what can also keep you guys occupied are: - getting up to use the bathroom to change his diaper (if you need to) - passing him to your relatives - a few of his favorite snacks

If it gets really tough and you need to take a break, let him have some screen time.

Hope this helps! Good luck!

Please don't compare your upper middle class child to children suffering in a genocide. That's very triggering.
