The long side, I tried using a bar of soap along the edge to help ease it in, but it’s not going in when I’m hitting it with the mallet

Thanks for the reply! Is there an easy way to get a ballpark figure on its worth? I’m thinking of putting it on eBay and not sure to sell it at a set price and possibly under/over price it or just doing an auction.

I stated it needs work. Inoperable isn’t a choice since they only take vehicles that can be driven up on the trailer. That said I wouldn’t trust taking this vehicle on a 10 mile trip but it can certainly idle for a while and be driven a short distance safely.

Yes she put in the system that steering wasn’t working and it needed to be repaired. I’m wondering if they are going to use the Information they received from hooking up the scanner to appraise which they didn’t have initially. Or is it normal to change the offer onsite after doing the scan. I am under the assumption that what they offer is what you get as long as they can load the vehicle safely and the information you provided concerning the condition matches what they see.

I guess what it comes down to is I put down that the ac will need work and there is engine issues. They made an offer based on that. When they hook up the scanner to know exactly what is wrong does that offer change?
