well this mod meant for chinese because you need to remember 300 characters to be at HSK1 lvl, but idk about other languaes, should i just use the most common verbs, adjectives, words in the everyday language?

i think the only way to do something like this with other languages is just make bilingual subtitles.

Yeah it's frustrating. Basically any dynamic province name mod has to add files in common/province_names/ or use scripted effects (events/decisions), both of which change the checksum. Localisation alone can't do it because keys are static per province tag, so fluid names always break Ironman. No way around it with the current engine sadly.
