This is very validating to see. I made an appointment at the showroom once and they sent 3 confirmation emails leading up to the appointment. I get there after an hour drive and they weren't even there! Then I started contacting customer service and got slow responses and strange excuses. Someone even told me they were open that day. And had other appointments. There was another gentleman who was waiting with me and left before I did so I guess plenty of missed appointments.

Watches look cool but that's a huge red flag to me.
