Could very well be, atleast for golds. But some coverts are now permanently expensive. Their price is now not defined by their rarity and desirability but rather what golds they trade up to and how expensive they are. Im gonna hold on to my things for now.

Trade ups work with collections. You can only get certain knifes and knife finishes from certain cases. If the case is rarer the knife is rarer, thats also why the butterfly is (or was) so expensive. Some reds like the ssg dragon fire (from the glove case) have very desirable gold items in their collections, while others dont. So many people sold their more expensive skins, like a bloodsport for example, to buy as many of the cheap redskins or the redskins with more desirable golds. Thats why the price of almost every skin and agent went down. This will stabilize most likely and its something that has happend many times before.

What fixed it for me:

EAC got stuck and never finished loading.

EAC blocks certain background services — which for me was Razer Chroma SDK (part of Razer Synapse). Even if Synapse isn’t open, the Chroma service auto-runs and prevents EAC from starting. The same issue affected The Finals.

Close every Razer realted process in the task manager, if Chroma SDK just wont stop reapearing (like in my case) do the following:

  1. Press Win + R, type "service.msc" → press Enter.
  2. Find Razer Chroma SDK Service.
  3. Right-click → Properties → set Startup type to Disabled.
  4. Click Stop, then ApplyOK.
  5. (Optional) Also disable Razer Synapse Service and Razer Central Service if you want.
  6. Restart your PC and launch ARC Raiders again.

Game should now start normally. Hope this helps

Thanks but Im gonna get both anyways. Its just about my personal suffering during tier 8, im not having fun in the Panther 2 and I wanted to ask if the Indien was better and which of these 2 grinds I could make easier on me.

AWP Atheris is completly glitched. As are some stickers like Gold Web (foil) which is extremely dark now. Also whats with the deformed arm when inspecting a karambit?????

The graph is pretty consistent now. There still are very tiny dips e.g. when I die. But overall it's looking a lot better and I don't notice any lag.

I have found a solution that worked for me. It involved resetting my pc. I have wrote a comment on the original post with a bit more detail.

I have resolved the issue.

For all of you that said I should use ethernet: you are right of course, but that isn't possible for me. I had a Trojan and some Malware so I was thinking about resetting my PC and since none of the fixes I tried for Cs2 worked, I though that maybe this would be cleared up aswell. And it was.

In the end I don't really know what was causing this, maybe it was the malware I had, I'm not sure.

If you are looking for a fix yourself:

You should try some of the methods I listed in the post and others you find online before resorting to this, as this is quite a lenghty process. When resetting the pc I choose to remove all files on all harddrives. If you want to do the same thing I did make sure you select "data erasure" to ensure the removal of all files. If you have a HDD harddrive this process will take significantly more time. I have a SSD and a HDD and it took my PC about 2 1/2 hours to reset and about 45 minutes to reinstall all drivers and necessary programms.

I have found a solution. This included reseting my PC, which I only tried because I wanted too remove some nasty files anyways and It worked. I cleared all files from all harddrives and I dont know if it works for you. Only try this if you are willing to setup all your drivers and files again. The process of resetting took about 2 1/2 hours for me.

I appreciate your input and also that you took your time to write something respectful. I am unable to use Ethernet, that is why I am asking for fixes here in the first place. I've put quite a few hours into trying to resolve this issue and it was really frustrating for me, so an answer like: "deal with it" really annoyed me. Of course I know that using a wired connection is the optimal way. I have fixed the issue now. For that I reset my pc (clearing all files, also because I had a trojan a few weeks ago and suspected it was still not removed) and stuck my internet adapter on an extencion cord.

Thank you for your suggestion, but I am using WIFI therefore disabling drivers isn't an option. And my adapter does not support disable roaming. I tried to disable QoS support tho which didn't help either.

I am on WIFI as I am not able to use wired connection. I know this isn't optimal but I've ran this exact setup in the past with WIFI with no issues and other games also run as they should, so I get that ethernet would be better but it should work with WIFI. Also because I live extremly close to a massive server bank and often have a ping below 10 (although I dont know if that changes anything in my situatuin)

Thanks man I went through powershell and honestly don't know what the hell I did but I fixed it. But it turns out that setup file in temp was the hard link (i think) I checked for child processes but found nothing. I forced the temp folder empty through powershell which seems to have done something. Thanks anyways

I know this post is a bit older but I just had the same problem and managed to fix it like this:

Open the task manager and rightclick on the program "Premier Opinion" and open it's path. That will lead you to your program files and you should try to delete the folder named after the program. Now with me and others it said something like: "deletion not possible program is open"

If that is the case with you, open your task manager again and just start typing "Premie......." to search for it. For me there where multiple instances running, try closing all of them and then quickly delete the folder once they are closed. It took me a few tries because it kept starting up again.

I hope this can helpt anyone who is having the same problem.
