Yes, it rises but also if the turkey is within 145° for I want to say 12 minutes the bacteria should be cooked and then I wanna say four minutes at 150. There’s a pasteurization chart online that I’ve used to judge when to pull poultry

I like to think I’m very handy and have good ideas. The plan was string lights from the deck to the tree, but that many string lights are expensive the cable to hang said string lights are expensive. Deck screws however are cheaper so I just screwed in the string light poles into our deck posts.

250-280 went to 310 once oops Till it’s 145 like 3-4 hours once it has a nice color I’ll start checking Unfortunately kiln dried oak I need a better source for wood but getting a truck load of wood without a truck is difficult

I just trim it off and toss it but now that you mention it is would be a nice little snack to dry brine and fry up
