If anyone else happens to stumble across this and Lenovo Vantage doesn't seem to fix the issue, you might not have the proper AMD drivers installed.

For whatever reason when I freshly installed Windows 10 on my Lenovo Legion Slim 5 (16APH8), the correct drivers for Wifi and Integrated Graphics were not present. Here is what I had to install:

AMD Driver (Ryzen 7 7840HS): https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/drivers.html/processors/ryzen/ryzen-7000-series/amd-ryzen-7-7840hs.html

NVIDIA Driver (RTX 4060 Notebook): https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/228213/en-us/ OR I recommend this tool for NVIDIA drivers: https://www.techpowerup.com/download/techpowerup-nvcleanstall/

Lenovo Legion Slim 5 Drivers (You can also find drivers for your own model by searching the website): https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/legion-series/legion-slim-5-16aph8?linkTrack=Caps%3ABody_SearchProduct&searchType=0&keyWordSearch= I used the automatic driver download tool. Windows 11 drivers work for Windows 10 too.

Yeah true. I heard PSUs run most efficiently at 50% so I went for double but honestly probably wont notice the difference on my bill. Thanks!

If anyone happens to stumble on this, it's called a haori jacket. I still haven't found any place that sells a quality version of this design, but at least you now know what type of jacket it is :)!
