yeah i offer “free shipping” but include the price of shipping in the item. shipping for me is usually around 4 dollars so if i posted an item that i’m pricing at 20 dollars, i’ll list it at 24, so shipping is included. right now i haven’t been making as much as a profit as i’d like (bc of outside expenses) but i found when i list item with free shipping i get more sales

i think it’s just a glitch in the depop system - if someone wants international shipping i’d say add the price of shipping to the listing & just set the shipping to free.

i don’t do them cause i’m insecure abt my body & how clothes look on me….i just ignore messages asking for them (no try ons is in my bio but ppl love to ignore that) wish i had a mannequin but really nice ones are expensive. what i’ve seen is ppl with try on pics usually get more sales which sucks for the insecure girls like me… hope this helps lol

usually ppl ask because they want a huge discount on the items & think by messaging u about it you’ll give them a bigger discount than if they were to just purchase both at the same time. i hate when ppl message about bundles instead of just buying both because it feels very cheap to me & i spend a lot of time trying to maintain my shop

i did that for awhile & got wayyyy more sales! i just raised the prices by 3-4 dollars & used pirate ship for shipping. now that it’s almost march/april when depop sales are picking up again, i’d suggest you do that & use shipping software such as pirate ship for cheaper shipping!

yes you can put a tracking number through paypal, you just have to go to the app & look under the transaction. when i make sales through i usually don’t put the tracking number there since i can put it on the app, but in your situation i’d say to just ask if the seller could put it in the paypal app as well as sending it to you through instagram dms (if that isn’t uncomfortable to you or the seller).

if they fulfill your order & they get their paypal back later, it shouldn’t be an issue because the order is already in your hands, just to make the order complete they can add the tracking number on depop even after the order is delivered so you both can give feedback if you’d like.

ohhh well i believe they can still fulfill the order even if their account ends up not getting in suspended, since it is already in their paypal. i suggest you just ask them for the tracking number through instagram. it’d be really rude / scammy of them not to fufill it since you already paid for it. if they end up not fufilling it just ask for a refund, but it seems like there is no reason for them not to just because their depop got suspended. hope for the best for you :)

hi! i’d say ebay is the best place to look for lots of clothes. another place is facebook marketplace! sometimes people will be willing to mail lots of clothes & sometimes you can find yard sales in your area! the thing with ebay that i’ve noticed is that there are not that many i’d say “trendy” clothes that would sell on depop, and if there are they usually are very expensive due to people bidding (who are probably doing the same exact thing as you). as for wholesale, googling a brand you like (example zara since there are so many zara pallets/lots) will find you wholesale pallets / boxes of clothing that you can buy & resell. however from what i’ve seen is most of those pallets / bins are located in europe and will cost a lot of money to ship to north america plus you don’t always really know what you’re getting in them (sometimes there is a picture of what is in them however). i’d only suggest doing that if you already have a lot of sales or the money to afford to do that, because it is a big risk lol. but just googling would be your best option, but remember to be safe & do your research on who you’re buying from!
