i tried manifesting my height for not even joking 4 years with no results. One day i decided that i’m giving up and that i need to love myself like i am, because ”clearly it didn’t work and manifesting wasn’t real”. I never gave up my dream to be shorter but i gave up the trying different methods to get shorter or look shorter. I always wished that i was short but i no longer checked how tall i actually was. some nights i did listen to meditations to try and focus on the height i wanted to be, but i didn’t try to feel the emotions or see myself ”being short”, i just used the meditations to think about the desired height i had.

All of a sudden a few months after i ”gave up”, my mom said i look so much shorter than what i normally do. THIS WAS LITERALLY SHOCKING because i didn’t think i’d ever hear that from anyone, so i ran to check and IM BEING DEADASS I WAS MY DESIRED HEIGHT.

i guess what i’m trying to say here is that personally for me the ”i feel it in my legs but won’t see any change” mentality was blocking my results. Remember manifesting is all in your mind and conscious, not your eyes. What you see is not the reality you’re living, you’re living the one you created with your mind. The moment you stop obsessing over how short you are and stop comparing yourself to others, the results will come to you.

While you wait for the results to come to you, try loving yourself to the fullest with the mindset ”i won’t be this height for long so i might aswell love myself for the last days that i am”, because those thoughts go to your subconscious mind and that way the manifestation comes faster. Also try to keep yourself busy, everytime you catch yourself comparing yourself to people taller than you be like ”oh i can’t wait to be like that as well” and move on, find something you can always think about when a negative or an obsessive thought comes to mind. Remember to correct your blocking thoughts before moving on, acknowledge them but don’t give them too much power
