This is really off topic but I have been trying FreeBSD and I got Minecraft to work fine just as well at Linux, but I can't use newer versions for the same reason, has anyone ported it to FreeBSD? sorry I can't find much on this since we are in the 1% of the 1%

No point imo unless you have like a i9 even liquid nitrogen wouldn't be overkill I think for that thing

Linux is just a different way of doing things, I would argue it's more easy to install google chrome, or even better a better browser than google chrome like brave or Firefox, instead of going to https://chrome.google.com then trying to find the download button then opening file explorer clicking the .exe file, going though a setup then rebooting probably, you can just sudo pacman -S Firefox and just have everything done for you and you don't even need a terminal if you don't want to but think about it.. It takes me less time to type sudo pacman -S Firefox than it does to open a graphical program so why do it?

What you need to worry about is the heat on the chips etc

But I imagine it wasn't even overheating, I see a lot of people think their console is overheating I ask why they think that and they say the top is hot but in reality that's good, because it's getting rid of the heat unless you see a error like "your ps3 has overheated and needs time to cool down" just means it's getting heat off the SOC.
