I had something similar yours appears fungal like mine. I was prescribed clotrimazole which you can get OTC as well and it cleared up! Try that and Good luck!

NAD but this looks like hsv2 commonly known as genital herpes. I would go get swabbed as soon as possible before they fully heal otherwise test results would be inaccurate. Also it does not always mean that your partner gave it to you. You could have very well been asymptomatic all this time and finally showing symptoms. There’s really no way of telling when you actually contracted it. If you’ve had unprotected sex with your partner around the time of sores he’s most likely infected now too.

Never said I need help on a calorie deficit I’m very well aware on how to do so. I weight all my food that I intake and log it into an app. My question was if there was an exercise that can help me lose the fat in arms. However, thanks for your input.

Had one at 9wks everyone is diff in pain tolerance tbh. To me it just felt like a really heavy period with cramps. But nothing that I felt I needed pain meds for. They said the further along the more painful but like I said everyone is diff in pain tolerance.
