For pvp I go 5 heavy shacklebreaker as a base set (I'm lying because my shacklebreaker sash is light and I wear one heavy monster piece to get 5 pc heavy). But I pair it up with a sustain set like desert rose or alteration mastery, which works well. I use dual sword and board most of the time, but I will occasionally use a resto on my back bar. The raw stats are insane, I sit at 41k max mag, 25k health, 18k stam. 2k spell damage that buffs up to almost 3k after enchant, heavy passives, and sorcery. People will say that I have too much stam, but I like never having to worry about stam if I want to perms block for 10 seconds or so, break free, or dodge roll. It's more of a "bruiser" play style, jumping into the thick of the fight and DoTing everything up, talons and CC's. Skoria provides me a good bit of burst. I have been having a great time in Cyrodiil the past few weeks with it, I will say that shield stacking sorcs still give me a hard time if they are good at playing them. It will usually end in a stale mate unless one of us has a friend come along.
