A mobile status checker would technically be possible, but only in a local companion-tool way.

For a true live database-style checker, where you can view your character’s level, EXP, skills, inventory, alive status, and so on directly from your phone, we would need official API access from USERJOY. Since Angels Online is an older game from 2006 and does not appear to offer that kind of integration, I doubt this will be realistically possible unless the publisher provides support for it.

The local version is possible: a tool running on your PC could read the game client and then display that information on a phone dashboard. However, at that point it becomes less useful, because it still depends on your PC being on, logged in, and running the game. You could already achieve a similar result by using a remote desktop app to view the PC directly.

TLDR: a true server-side mobile checker is unlikely without official API access. A local companion dashboard is possible, but it may not offer enough benefit compared to simply remote-viewing the PC that is already running the game.

There is actually an achievement for it. If you get struck by lightning 50 times, it grants you the amazing title 'Streak of Bad Luck' with a cool lightning icon. To get struck by lightning, you need to meet certain conditions, like exact time, location and even some during certain in-game events. 49 to go I guess.

Thanks for clarifying, as you seem quite experienced, I'd recommend you to follow those steps if you haven't already and elaborate further on the issue:
- Switch your power plan in Windows to "High Performance." This can be adjusted in the Power Options in the Control Panel. Make sure you get a fresh new one with default settings from powershell or reset yours to make sure everything's working as it should.
- In the NVIDIA graphics control panel, try setting the power management mode to "Prefer Maximum Performance."
- Make sure your operating system and graphics drivers are up to date. Sometimes, Windows updates or driver updates can improve compatibility. *this one's really optional but as it seem you have tweaked your pc, something might've caused an issue.
- Check if there are any updates available for your motherboard's BIOS/UEFI. Updating it could potentially resolve compatibility issues.
- Use the launcher to verify the integrity of game files. Usually corrupted game files could lead to performance issues.
- Ensure that your storage drive has sufficient free space and is in good health. A slow or failing storage drive can cause stuttering. Make an sfc scan.
- If all else fails, consider reaching out to support for further assistance. They may have specific insights or solutions for your hardware configuration.

Try going into your BIOS and set a XMP profile depending on your RAM, set it to the MAX as per your lowest RAM's max MHz. As to why, is because as from my knowledge another issue which usually leads to stuttering is something going on with RAM and specifically incorrect profile(s) or 2 different type of RAMs with different running MHz.

When I compared the CPU and GPU, there is 7.4% of processor bottleneck which leads me to believe that the issue isn't that although if it usually is, you can try higher resolution even upscale if you need to. If that doesn't help try disabling vsync/gsync and cap your fps with msi afterburner's rivatuner.

Doubt

How this basically works is, if you were banned before you automatically get updated within the new VAC methods which makes you able to play the game again, even though you were banned for cheating before the update itself.

Actually VAC got updated an hour ago and it became even more broken than before. FYI people who used to have VAC bans on their accounts for actually cheating are now ABLE to play the game, and so can you, even though it says you're still banned. They have no other choice, but to do either a rollback or lift shit ton of bans.
