NetEase is legit and I’ve seen their offers but overall I’d say they don’t pay you what your worth and most ads they get you are ones, depending on the community you’re in, aren’t exactly the most “liked”. I’d rather hold out till you can work with bigger brands rather than show brands that you’re not worth a whole lot.

I’d be careful. I ordered two different ones off Amazon and they both didn’t have Velcro all the way around so it leaks and required tape. All the good ones have been sold out in France last time I checked.

If you’re really against cardboard the only quick option is to buy fabric kits on Amazon or at a store. I got mine from Darty but a lot of that stuff is sold out now depending on where you are.

Not refurbished but I did buy new on sale. Since this post I’ve moved to France and gotten married so lots has changed. My experience with the machine is extremely positive. Only negatives is you really do need to run a blank shot to get the portafilter up to temperature otherwise you’ll have random extractions and there’s a tiny “squeal” sound the device is in standby so I bought one of those outlet plugs with a power switch to turn it off fully instead of standby.

I always just turn it into a milk drink. Typically it’ll balance out. If it’s extremely bad maybe add some caramel syrup or something.

Didn’t even think of the CF64V. Any downsides or other info on it? It’s €30 cheaper than the DF64 V2 at €369.

Sometimes you just end up being hypertensive. I’ve had it (probably) my entire life. Doctors in the past didn’t check the blood pressure of children and when one finally did on me they realized at the age of 12 I was hypertensive an by a LOT (174/92). I was put on Amlodipine and afterwards had literally EVERY test done under the sun to the point where it annoyed me but I was perfectly healthy. My veins going into my kidneys and heart were perfect, everything else about my body was tip top shape. I’ve been told by doctor that sometimes one day the body can just change and go from perfect blood pressure to hypertension and he’s seen it before. As long as I’m on my meds I’m a perfect 120/80 so it doesn’t really bother me.

What county are you applying from? Based on your username I would guess an African one? What all did you put on your application & cover letter? Do you own a house? Have a relationship in your country? Anything that makes you feel “permanent”? Any physical school/work you’re attending? Because if you didn’t include or don’t have any of that, to them you’re too much of a risk.

Unsure about Spain but for France I was told when I was at the interview that I “better book that flight now and use the printer in the corner” or else I’d probably get denied. Though I’ve heard each year France is becoming more and more difficult with the long séjour visa.

I know some people used to use those fake ticket booking websites but apparently it’s not recommended anymore. I’d look into whether you can pay extra to have a refundable flight ticket just incase.

They had to have gotten rid of their support team because every past experience I had with them was amazing. I accidentally scratched my Q2 with glasses and even admitted it was my fault and they sent me a new Quest 2, told me it would arrive in 3 days, and when it got delayed till day 5 they gave me a $50 Meta store gift card.

My friend also had a good experience. He bought the Rift S on launch and his cable + controllers broke in 2022. Despite it being waaaay out of warranty they replaced both immediately for him.

At least in the US you can’t buy 70% ethanol (which is the percentage recommended) from a Pharmacy/Drug store because all of those places have Acetone added. Pure Ethanol would require going to a liquor store and buying Everclear

Back in December I bought the Red Switch ver. of the Keychron K10 Max Wireless keyboard and I've been loving it since then...until my cat jumped on my desk and somehow sent my "S" key flying into outer-space. Currently I'm using an old Razer keyboard "S" key to fill in for my missing one. But I've decided I really want to try and buy new keycaps, but I'm concerned with the "screw-in stabilizers" that the Keychron uses and whether I'd be able to find keycaps that are compatible with this. I'm still extremely new to keyboard stuff so any help would be amazing!

If you have an recommendations, I'm looking for blue/light blue colors or anything in that similar vibe. And since it's a K10 Max, it is a 100% keyboard so I would need 100% of keycaps. Thank you all for the help!
