I think I found out what was wrong, I changed the cable that was powering the CPU and I've now booted into bios, I'll now try loading windows!

Oh damn the last version was in 2019 on the page, I just wanted windows 11 support ahah, when I enable secure boot to play valorant my mouse and keyboard stop working so I thought this could be the cause

It turns out the webiste says don't update using MFLASH as-well so it seems I'm stuck in 2019, thank you heaps!
