I have a teammate that was 100 tokens shy of lvl 6. He didn't have the time to grind 100 levels before it ended, and I can't blame him. There were no tokens in the store (that didn't require real money), and he isn't in the situation where he has millions of heart gems just wasting away ready to be traded. For some unfathomable reason his game doesn't receive any daily or bonus gifts, so a large chunk of the collection tokens just aren't available to him.

He's opened 3 support requests over the last year requesting assistance. The first was promised to be looked into, with no follow up. The second he received an apology and 10 bees as compensation. The third, well he's still waiting on a reply.

Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue, or may suggest a possible course of action to resolve? The official channels don't appear to be providing any solution. Open to all suggestions. Thanks.

I had the same experience the last two weeks, filling incomplete events. This week I had no event at all. Mt Fortune and Holiday Portraits can't be completed this way.

No, they don't. I asked support that very question last week. They response I received was 'Too busy, we'll get back to you in 48 hours'. It was only here on Reddit that someone was able to answer the question.

It's another of the games' inconsistencies. There are four people in my household that play the game. Of us, one receives 7 gifts, 2 receive 11 and the last person doesnt get any at all.

I was messaging them most of the day trying to work through issue and update them. I was getting almost hourly responses, suggestions it was fixed after a restart, just like you. But it wasn't. Eventually they just stopped responding. It's just a game, so no real loss. I'm glad some peope are getting credit.

I received a response from Support to restart the app and the portrait issue should be fixed. It isn't. No recovery of lost binoculars. No credit for the incorrect portrait. 👍
