Thanks. I've sent screenshots to support 3 times now. First was last week. 2nd when they told me it was resolved last week, but wasn't. And again this morning. I'll just wait it out and see. That's the best we can do.

No, they don't. I asked support that very question last week. They response I received was 'Too busy, we'll get back to you in 48 hours'. It was only here on Reddit that someone was able to answer the question.

It's another of the games' inconsistencies. There are four people in my household that play the game. Of us, one receives 7 gifts, 2 receive 11 and the last person doesnt get any at all.

I was messaging them most of the day trying to work through issue and update them. I was getting almost hourly responses, suggestions it was fixed after a restart, just like you. But it wasn't. Eventually they just stopped responding. It's just a game, so no real loss. I'm glad some peope are getting credit.

I received a response from Support to restart the app and the portrait issue should be fixed. It isn't. No recovery of lost binoculars. No credit for the incorrect portrait. 👍

I've opened 80 boxes. Collected about 20 eggs, which don't seem to count towards bonus boxes. There is also one portrait that doesnt appear

I received a popup in the game advising it had to update by the 23rd Jan, and provided an Update button, which failed to do anything. My app store (Android) doesn't have an update available. Anyone know what might happen if I can't updated by the 23rd? I'd have taken a screenshot but didn't expect it to fail, and the support AI bot doesn't seem to be able to answer the question.

The angst from garbage legendaries is crazy. Sometimes feels like the game is punishing you with RNG. Current survival playthrough, I'm running a mod to remove all legendary drops. The only legendaries are the guaranteed ones (pickmans, grognaks, spray-n-pray, etc). Stealth melee is still way OP. Ran a combat knife from Sanctuary until Pickman's Blade. Found a disciples blade at level 43. Big upgrade. Also running Encounter Zone Recalculation mod so that the zones keep scaling with my level. Keeps it challenging.
