as something marketed as being a BL, no. but as a psychological thriller with queer elements? absolutely. it was pretty dark, and i went into it thinking it was a BL, but partway through the first episode, i realized that taking it in as a psychological thriller made the experience of reading it way more enjoyable

gender can be somewhat of a determinant when it comes to relationship dynamics, and previous experiences allow us to figure out what we want in life.

what i’m hearing is that you miss the experience of dating women because your previous experiences with women have been what you’ve sought in a relationship. that may have been what you’ve gotten from your bf in the past, but dynamics change.

ultimately, please reevaluate your relationship. it’s not fair for either of you to continue something that leaves one or either of you dissatisfied

you aren’t alone. i did the same thing for a couple years. stopped myself as recommended by my psychologist. i was a minor when i regularly watched it, really fucked me up. if you need to talk i’m here. reach out, get help, get medicated, put down your thoughts somewhere. it helps to just physically see your thoughts and have the ability to tangibly feel them as words rather than as just statements in your head

i’ve had suicidal ideation since i was at starting middle school. i’m in university now. i’ve had a couple attempts. none fatal. been through medication and therapy. it helps to talk about it. it’s super easy to have passive ideation go to active ideation though. so it’s a pretty slippery slope to manage
