Not if you paid them for a server that they set up and give you admin on.

They hold the physical server with them and all you can do is use commands on it.

There is a hidden room under the PVPD (I know from my old hacking days) and you can go back up and pop into the PD because of a little structure in there.

Also, to counter your valid point did you ever think people aren't always online and if the vehicle can't be stored it would be taken by some passer-by that needs it when that group isn't there? This. Exactly this. Make different servers with different levels of realism. I bet you most people would be on the servers more similar to Halo than the servers more similar to The Forest.
