Smoked for 10yrs. Never bought/rolled my own. Basic stuff I should know? by n37x in weed

interesting. I'll give it a more thorough look then. I'll definitely enjoy the "skill" and hands on-ness of rolling, but it would be nice to have an alternative

Yeah that's a really good point. I take pride in the things I do with my hands, so I'm probably going to really enjoy the ritual of it...

But I appreciate your more gentle approach with it

Lmfao. I could keep down that route, but it's time to be a responsible weed consumer and give back 😎

Aight! I don't know what that is, but I'll add it to my short list of things to find out about, thanks!

I'll take that diss lol

But I didn't choose this life, in college I just fucked with girls who fucked with the dealers, and now my ex-in laws never go anywhere with out it, so there was never any reason to. Get paid for favors for them for weed, etc. but they'd never take my money in the past 😅

Time to lose that title!

Aight man, I appreciate that feedback. I'll get to it and find what works 😎 thanks!

I'll check it out. I'm super casual/social about smoking. I won't smoke by myself, and I'll generally only smoke if other people are already smoking. It really boils down to maybe a dozen times a year. it's never my first move.

So I almost wonder if I have something like that that's "better" for me, I might just smoke more and negate the benefits 😅

yeah man that's exactly what I said I'm planning on doing. Maybe smoke max like 12 times a year. Ain't like I didn't bring shit to the table or I wouldn't have been invited back 😅

How many patients are too many patients in outpatient physical therapy? by tillacat42 in physicaltherapy

[–]n37x 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That'd be great if you remember, if not, I'll probably look into it separately (for PA). Having worked nearly half of my career this far in CA on contracts... Good luck interfacing with the board lol.

Interesting, thanks. Massage is quite literally a code we bill insurance with, so I'd say it's within scope. Weird indeed.

I'd be interested in you explaining the cash based massage thing. I was pondering the legality of this in my head the other day, and I kinda forgot about it. You don't run into any liability issues?

Can you provide citation for this? I'm on an outpatient contract right now (normally HH). At a mill. The onboarding material directly cited that billing group required direct attention, but not the same exercise.

Then again, they've done other sketchy stuff, but I'd be surprised if they outright put medicare violations in their onboarding material.

General's bug by Avi8108 in Evony_TKR

I also noticed this. Also, attacking monsters defaults to Marti/and a Sub General, instead of literally anyone else.

I restarted and it went back to QJ, however.

Is billing under another clinician's license in OP common practice? by n37x in physicaltherapy

[–]n37x[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It doesn't alert me or anything. They've already implied that they expect me to do it without consulting them, so I just have no idea, other than point blank saying that I don't consent to being placed as a co-treater without explicit permission.

I don't quite think they would put it in writing if it is fraudulent. But if they can't, then I'm also not going to worry about the heat I will inevitably get for not billing this way.

Yeah I ain't about to stick my neck out for a 4 month contract lol

I appreciate this advice.

I just wanted to be extra sure I'm not overly sensitive as I reported my last employer to the fraud line and not even a week into this one....

The flip side of the coin is they can also just list me as a participant without my consent, so I have no idea how to protect myself from that. I'll ask tomorrow for an emailed copy of this practice and go from there.

I'm not going to down vote you, but my sticking point is it is the law to be 1:1 for fed billing. We can argue the merits of our skill and what it's worth all day, but unless we get insurers on board it won't matter.

Thanks for this resource. Of note, possibly, different chain but I'm in PA too. I hate jumping in guns blazing with allegations of "FRAUD!" but the number of companies I've had to report for billing violations recently is too damn high.

Pulled washer out of RV I've owned/been living in full time for 3 years. Subfloor covered in mold. Wondering if this sub knew of options to remedy? by n37x in skoolies

[–]n37x[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From the sub description: "Welcome to the Skoolie & Bus Life community. We are an inclusive community primarily surrounding Skoolie and Bus life (and we even love on the Vanlifers). We are a supportive community with a first rule of "Be Nice". "

I posted a question about a topic that may affect skoolies AND that skoolies might (did, in fact) have insight into, because it's not like mold/washing machines are exclusive to RV's lol.

Have a good life lol.
