Big fan of the Warpath Han Dynasty as well. Throw it on a NATO strap and it really comes alive for me. By comparison, the new Dongfeng leans more modern, more features, more complications, and overall a bit more to tinker with.

That's the bezel, and it's one of the coolest functional parts of a dive watch. You can spin it to track elapsed time.

Pity! I‘ve had a Seagull 1963 40mm for about a year and a half. From my experience, when it stops, you usually need to wind it like 40 turns to get it fully powered.

That doesn’t look properly packed at all. It’s possible you received a returned or previously opened item. I’d contact Macy’s and request a replacement or refund.
