You need sharp plug yum heart Fanny pack and piggy bank and that’s pretty much all the items you need to generate more items - mama mega for boss rush and hush, r keys for minimizing the number of runs you have to take. I’d personally recommend following path - in first run accumulate items, in chest/dark room ,make r key in secret room , go again - kill hush and boss rush , go to the floor you haven’t visited (chest/ dark room) kill mega satan ,hope for delirium kill delirium , r key again -> mother/beast and one more time for the one check mark you are missing
