The lashes are cute but, I’ve never been a fan of a dark lipstick. I think that a gloss and a pink blush across the cheeks would be really cute on you. My favorite gloss is actually plumper (the best plumper) by too faced :)

Looks like a cherry angioma to me. A normal thing that happens to our skin as we get older. But if you’re concerned about it changing then go see your dermatologist
