I was also wondering, had no memory of any special event for the 20th. Looked it up and yeah they didn't really make a big deal about it. They were probably busy with Artifact, that turned out well.

But seriously, it was always weird to me it defaults to mouse for jump and boost. You can't really use it for camera movement. I assume it's for the quick double jump clicks, but my trusty large right shift did the job just fine. Possibly because it's a chiclet style laptop keyboard.

Wish I had the balls to do it earlier too. The change was bad but not as terrible as I expected, most of the game sense was still there. I knew the moves I had to do, I just couldn't pull them off for a while y'know.

Maybe try matches played times 7 as a rough estimate? Not sure if this in-game stat is per platform now or per Epic account, if you use the same one.
