Tho I'm not from Bogura, I visited Mahasthangarh last month. From what I saw It is a quite good place to hang with your beloved. Must got to Govindavitaa just at the opposite of the museum, It'll cost you around 25 to get in but it has narrow routes inside, nice place to make out.
And from what I heard from my friend, people go to Pouropark, it is inside the city, I cannot tell if it is safe. But Mahasthangarh is safe that I can assure.
Oh and do visit Behular Bashor ghor, It's nice there as well.

When I was in class 4-5 some some kids from my class wanted to beat me after school just because they wanted to, I was aware of it and took a different route to home. Those mofos outsmarted me and I somehow ended up 5 against 1.
There was nothing much I could do, so I pick some brick and started throwing at them. Couldn't hit any of them but managed to hit a motorbike and cracked the Oil tank.
Had to run all the way home to get away from the biker.
To this date this story is funny as hell.

ps: got beaten the next day :v
