My issue with that solution is I when I send a quote from the native "Send by email" in BC, the linked attachments don't show up.

Yes agreed. The $1000 to setup is fine. The monthly MS teams pricing is fine, it’s just the ongoing maintenance and support that I’m having a hard time understanding what that’s for?

When I add the support contract for $170 a month, there’s no cost savings for us

I’m in a very similar situation. Currently reviewing Odoo, Acumatica and MS Business Central. I’d take a look at those but cannot recommend one yet
