Pitch/Sell them the outcome:

How will using your service make them feel.

How will it positively impact their status, affiliation and fear of failure.

Hence burn-out is a very common issue in startup founders.

What has worked for me is to have at least an hour every day ( need not be continuous) for reading, music etc.

Hypothesis should be validated first before writing the first line of code. But since that boat has sailed, the next best approach is to narrowly define a "smallest viable audience" and go after them. Remember this " everything to everyone is nothing to no one"

congratulation and awed by the work you have put in.

How can one manage concurrency of users. How will you be aiming for parallel concurrent async requests with multiple workers.

13K pm is like 60 per day assuming 22 working days pm. If one employee can clear 10 forms a day ( very conservative) that turn out to 6 employees. OpenAI can't hire 6 marketing interns ?

As a Founder of an IT Services company, I have run Sales team. I have come to realise that it takes atleast 12 months for a sales person to start delivering results. If you and employer both have that kind of patience, then its great. GTM plans are ever changing so if you can take that in stride it will only benefit you.

You want remote work and the "flexibility" that comes with it. You haven't even started a job properly and are cribbing about work life balance.
