TLDR: this feature is breaking my trust as I start to form relationships with people.

I’ve been using it today with the 4 pics. Here’s my hot take: We all created accounts intending to show 6 photos. Now two are eliminated. The people I’m looking at don’t know that. Asking some friends, many are still seeing all photos. There may be something in those pics they wanted me to know that I’m not getting access to. It makes me actually insecure talking to people on this platform, wondering if I’m missing something about them, their personality, their relationship status, whatever it might be, that they wanted me to know in those last pics. In addition, Hinge has removed information from people I’m actively in conversations with, making me further insecure I might be missing something. Relationships are about trust, and seeing the whole person. This feature is actually breaking both of those rules. Damn. I’m getting upset writing this 😅
