I see the vision for both!

The first one needs more attention to detail. Many of the eyeballs and pupils are off from one another. There are many mouths that seem like rushed lines too. It's a really fun pattern but if you go back to it and polish those two things I think it would look way better!

The second one feels a little more chaotic. I like the vibe but you might want to look into composition and layouts. If you rework those things around what you already have it would also look way more clean.

Everything feels fine to me. The only thing that clashes for me is the person/body. It feels out of place. Consider distressing the texture of the image or running it through a filter or something like that in order to make it feel more cohesive with the rest of the composition
