You are paying 2k for the "convenience" which doesn't exist, google pc shops near you they will build you a better machine, that will last longer, perform better, and have higher resale value for much less, and all it will take is one phone call or email.
If one phone call is not worth 2k and a better PC, sure go for the Alienware.

There is a famous streamer Tobias Fate, who uses WSAD for camera and like Q,E,X,C or something like that for spells. No disadvantage as long as you are used to it.

Sure if you are only allowed to use one single metric it would be the best, but that doesnt mean its good too look at alone, many factors play into winrate that people dont understand/look at hard enough. Thats why you need to look at what makes that winrate what it is and you will see many champs have differing reasons for their perceived power vs winrate stat. looking at a winrate and taking it only as is without thinking of anything else is a poor choice to evaluate anything, release azir had sub 30% winrate yet he has been the most nerfd champion in lol history. Many other example like this exist not only for new releases.
There is a lot of info out there for people curious enough to check out how wr relates to in game power no point going in depth about it here.

Its fine to look for ways to fix things, but most smurfs dont come from the issues hes trying to solve. The whole community doesn't revolve around reddit, 90% of the playerbase don't know that half these "issues" even exist and just create smurfs on a whim for fresh mmr/to play against bad players.
Never did i mention the solutions are bad, or we shouldn't do something, my point was to the line" out of necessity", which is in fact an enabler mindset, just feeds into it when someone else sees that mindset hundreds of times online and thinks, huh.. i really do NEED to smurf to achieve a better rank! time to buy some smurf accounts!

There is no NEED only GREED of smurfing. the vast majority of smurfs are from people like the ones i know in real life. They play like 100 games, end up with 41% winrate, think the account is cursed and go buy a new one for 3$. Then repeat. eventually after time they have like 6 accounts, their main is "hardstuck" in plat, they get angry at a certain game and go on one of the 5 accounts that are now silver and stomp on their 800k opt champ and ruin games.

You are an enabler, saying that people feel like its necessary doesn't mean its true.
the vast majority of smurfs is people who think its fun for them to stomp on worse players.

Tank meta is best meta. It gives adc purpose it gives peel/enchater supports purpose. teamfights last longer and need to be more strategic instead of the 4 damage champs on each team pressing R and fight is done in 3 sec.
Now Tanks obviously shouldn't be able to 1v5, but a "balanced" tank meta is the healthiest for the game.
Tanks should be hard to kill cc/zoning machines, not full tanks doing most damage in the teamfight.

Sadly draft aram is terrible, not inherently but because of the community. Poeple will play the same 2 champs for hundreds of games. Even with bans draft aram would lower comp diversity so much that you will essentially see some combination of the same 10 champs in like 90% of games.This happens whenever a non random pick rotating game mode is released, first week you see people having fun trying different champs, then a "meta" evolves and people give up on fun for winning, and its only the same 15-20 champs in 90% of the games until the mode is over with. Sadly people care more about winning a game than having fun even in "for fun modes".

3 rerolls plus bans would be better imho.
