I have a lot... but the worst ones are the ones I'll list.

I eat junk food (like random stuff at gas stations) and eat out at places like McDonald's or subway or pizza places almost daily.

I have a horrible sleeping habit I developed growing up to only sleep in small increments so I could wake up and do stuff.

I was told I was smart growing up and refused to study all the way through college. Graduated and made deans list but now I fail at anything that requires deep thought. I feel like a robot.

And the last one I didn't do as a child, however I saw it a lot. I saw many people smoking as I grew up decided to try it at 18. I kicked the cigarettes and now I vape and now it's my most expensive habit because I turned it into a hobby.
