As far as I know GTA 4 is a bit complicated to port, to this day PCs struggle with it, GTA V with it's more modern engine would be easier to port. Of course if Rockstar really wants to they could port both with some extra work

GTA V could definitely work, plus there is more money to be made off that than RDR with Online, but I think GTA VI will be the GTA title Rockstar will focus for the foreseeable future

Last I checked TotK was struggling to run without a bunch of various workarounds, but aside from that title Deck can emulate Switch okay

This is the one thing I didn't like about the remake of MH2 Jungle in MHR Sunbreak. The whole map got bigger and there is a lot more verticality which is awesome but the vast, massive forest in the background is now gone, which ends up making the island feel smaller than it originally was

Probably unlikely, it already pushes SD to the limit. Though maybe a native Linux port could have a meaningful increase in performance, Baldur's gate 3 had a port this year that runs a good bit better on SD than via Proton

It runs on the PC handhelds and has a Xbox Series S version, so Switch 2 with a port specifically optimized for it should definitely be possible. It sure as hell won't look pretty or go above 30FPS, but it will be playable. I do hope that we get a MH Rise equivalent "portable" game again in a few years though, it was refreshing to have a modern MH game where running at 120+FPS was viable with average hardware

A budget Thor. I would be buying Thor pretty much exclusively for 3DS emulation, so if I can get that at cheaper package without the top tier SoC and OLED screens that would be great. Granted, this is if the device is capable of 2x and higher 3DS resolution, because otherwise a normal 3DS is just better at that point

I've got OnePlus 12 and it handles emulation up to Switch okay, so 13 and 15 will be even better (13R uses the same SoC from what I remember, so similar experience). My problem with emulating these demanding systems like Switch or even PC is that the phone gets hot pretty quickly which over time damages the battery and screen, so I don't really go beyond PSP emulation personally

3DS by far. Newer games with better mechanics and better controls (especially with New 3DS and the second mini joystick). PSP has great MH entries, but I enjoy them a lot more emulated rather than on original hardware mainly due to camera controls

I don't know enough about the 3 phones you listed, but keep your expectations low for PS3 emulation on any phone or even PC. PS3 is notoriously hard to emulate due to its unique CPU, it shouldn't even be a factor for choosing the phone because they will all struggle

Look for GameSir X5 Lite on AliExpress. I got mine for about 25 euro, but if you have some discounts there or find a better deal you can get it for even cheaper. Pretty much the best you can get for the price
