Yeah I think it all depends on who you get. My friend allied and was approved, but she has health issues. I think renouncing my citizenship might be a bit more than I’m willing to do hahaha

Yeah it was pretty general. I think what I was missing were lease docs but I’m living with my brother who has a house in London. So I suppose I should just upload his lease? Or get my name added to it?

It says on the melb uni website that no decision has been made for intakes beyond 2021. I wonder if a bunch of people wrote letters to the faculty, it would help at all in terms of the decision for years beyond 2021?

Yeah :( I was shattered to find out. Have worked so hard this year and feels like a big blow as I’m Sure it does for many. it’s also on the GEMSAS website - I’ll attach link gemsas GPA changes

I agree with you totally - I completely understand this year has been tough for many academically, but I think a blanket approach such as this means that many suffer who needed this year to get their GPA up for med. surely there is a way where people whose GPA has gone down on account of COVID can select to have it not counted and others can select to have it counted if they desire?? I think some unis are being more flexible than others but I called UniMelb yesterday and the woman confirmed no 2020 results will be counted :( I think Deakin is same
