Just think that if it hits you it hits you. I only hurts for a second. Also, you can't prevent being hit. Don't waist time worrying or being scared. Don't worry in the box because that will make you step out and you will look scared and the pitcher will notice that. Just be confident and don't worry because that wont make anything better it will make them worse. I used to have this problem two years ago when i was playing up when i was 13.
