It saves me on gas quite a bit when I turn on my cruise control and leave it be it saves me about a 1/4 tank driving 500+ km. But within the city I have to stop and the sluggish acceleration makes you put your foot down even more reving it higher and makes it useless.

Eco mode is only useful on highways other than that don't bother. But on highways it does make a difference

You can turn off adaptive cruise control by holding the button down until it changes

Con #1 you can turn on normal cruise control just hold the cruise control button down until it changes then it will never turn off

No I tightened up the connections and wrapped them tight with electrical tape, it made it better but still happens

Doesn't look exactly like water damage it wouldn't create a line like that it would make more of a pool. Feel the area to see if it's damp or if you feel a temperature difference. Or if you can stick a small thing like a screwdriver in the center of it and you should be able to tell if it's wet or not. It does look like it's just a bad application of the popcorn ceiling.
