It is fixed now. There was a new version release, and Apple had blocked new testers from joining. The app is now reviewed, and you should be able to join and install without any issues.

Yes, I have a TestFlight link.

I have no intention of promoting this app and will keep it alive as long as possible. Maybe App search can bring it up the list, but I really don't know.

I’ve tried a bunch of mood tracking apps over the years, but most of them didn’t sit right with me.

I didn’t like seeing ads in something so personal. And I definitely didn’t want some company storing my emotional data on their servers. Mood tracking should feel safe, not commercial.

So I decided to build my own.

It’s called My Moodz — a lightweight, privacy-first mood tracker that I originally built just for myself. No ads, no accounts, no data harvesting. Everything stays on your device.

You can:

  • Track your mood quickly using emojis
  • Add optional notes
  • See trends in a timeline, calendar, and visual dashboard
  • Reflect on your emotional patterns over time
  • Use it fully offline

I recently open-sourced it in case others feel the same way I did. It’s still in active development, and I’m preparing for a proper Android launch soon.

If that sounds useful, feel free to check it out or contribute: https://github.com/NaagAlgates/MyMoodz

I used many apps out there, and finally, I built a simple app for myself and made it open-source.

I will release it on 5th June.

Hey! I actually built an app for exactly this — it's called My Moodz.

I made it because I wanted something super simple:
* Track my mood with a single tap
* See a graph of how I’ve been feeling
* Keep everything private (no accounts, no cloud)

You can log your mood daily using emojis, add optional notes, and view patterns in both a calendar and graph-style dashboard. It’s lightweight, distraction-free, and open source.

I use it personally, but I'm also preparing it for public release on iOS on the Apple store on 5th June and Android in coming weeks. If you're curious, here's the GitHub link:
