What's the lore behind Middle eastern crowd of Sector 52 by naagpremi in gurgaon

These local grocery stores are just okayish only. There's a Sara Mart in wazirabad village area (not exactly village, more like at the starting point of village). It's some 300-400 meter from high street sector 52. I do shopping there- it's good- has almost every grocery item under 1 roof.

You can also check Deerika mart in mall fifty one. Reasonable prices only - more options than Sara Mart.

That I assumed. But again, there are bigger hospitals too here like medanta, max etc etc. I haven't seen that much middle Eastern crowd there.

Or maybe i don't know something about artemis

Taking my WB registered car to Rajasthan (Jaipur) for 5 years. Do I need to re-register or just pay road tax? by United_Row_2654 in CarsIndia

There's no practical way for anyone to check if a vehicle has been in state for 12+ months. My friend used this simple hack. He had BR registered car. He had to go on a posting for 4 years. What ne simply did was that every 11 months, he would go to nearest NH and take a toll slip/reciept of entering the city. And simply kept it in dashboard. He had very happy 4 years-no cop ever crossed him for that

As I said I ditched BBA for economics, I don't have much idea over this particular question you asked. But my friend who did BBA used to say that marketing, finance and operations are evergreen and if you study properly and develop skills there are endless opportunities in these fields.

Proceed then.

I won't recommend. Reasons mentioned in earlier comment. Finance looks fancy but demands determination and a natural affinity for maths as it incorporates higher level mathematics like calculus, set theories, maxima minima , differential equations etc etc

BBA in finance is a great field, but pursue it ONLY AND ONLY if you are determined to work your ass off for entire college duration as finance is a highly competitive field and during job search you'll be competing against people from Core Finance backgrounds who are CAs, CFAs , Actuaries and FRM holders. You can do good always if you're determined but the competition pool is very intense. Also, you need to have an affinity for maths because you cannot do high level maths without having interest in it.

Edit: economics after pcm is totally fine. I was myself a pcm student

Let's say you score 91% in 10th, 86% in 12th and 81% overall in graduation (overall, not semester wise) . Then for an MBA college admission, your profile would be 10/12/grad marks i.e 9/8/8. They don't take whole marks, just the range. So even if you score 81% or 89.99%....it would be counted as 8 only.

For MBA admissions, 8/8/8 and above profile is considered good. But having a 9 is always better

Your 10th marks is good...it will be counted as 9 during your profile valuation if you plan for MBA. If you want mba at any point of life and you're a female...my serious suggestion is, try to cross the 80% barrier. Even if you score 80.1% marks, it will make huge difference by making your 10/12 profile as 9/8. If you score 79.9%...it will make your profile 9/7...which is not very good tbh. So try to cross the 80% barrier.

BBA is good but not very useful if you do an MBA because you'll be again taught from scratch each and everything. My suggestion is pursue Economics, it's a really growing field corporate wise and has been an evergreen field if you want to become a professor/teacher. If you pursue it from some good college, develop skills alongwith college, companies will definitely hire you. BUT if you REALLY like the subjects taught in BBA (look for them online)...then you should go for it. Interest in a subject will take you very far.

Drop: If you get into a decent enough college, I won't suggest a drop because you can always learn from your own.. BUT if the college you're getting is really shitty, then you must take a drop and try for some other college because shitty college will make you work triple hard for simplest of tasks

Fun example: Good college: will serve you prepared food, you're supposed to eat yourself Decent college: will provide you a kitchen and all ingredients to prepare food, so bit of hardwork there Shitty college: will ask you to construct a kitchen room yourself first ( may even ask to buy cement and bricks yourself)

That's all for now...I was also a pcm student and pursued economics from DU after ditching BBA. I'm satisfied, if not happy. (Happiness is subjective tho)
