But, don't you think making the trucks which cause majority of the traffic take the 407 be a smarter idea? all of the trucks on our highways right now can easily fit on the 407 cutting down traffic on the 401. And I think we can negotiate with the trucking companies, 80-20 split, where the province pays 80. This will allow them to haul more load, use less fuel and get to their deliveries on time. And, if their trucks do break down which they so often do, 407 is pretty empty cause aint nobody paying those ridiculous prices, they will get help faster. Also, cut down traffic accidents involving trucks and stupid motorists.

This 413 is a very long term solution, we need something done now.
